About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships that power the growth of moove.xyz's global Web3 fintech ecosystem. This role sits at the core of how moove.xyz scales distribution, liquidity, and real‑world use cases by connecting traditional finance with Web3. As a Business Development Manager, you'll identify, structure, and execute partnerships with fiat on‑ramp and off‑ramp providers, card issuing partners, exchanges, stablecoin issuers, and Web3 projects.

This role is critical to moove.xyz's growth because partnerships are a primary lever for user acquisition, transaction volume, and product expansion. Your work will directly impact how users fund wallets, move money across borders, spend stablecoins, and interact with Web3 applications. By assembling the right ecosystem of partners, you'll help moove.xyz unlock new markets, improve payment rails, and deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end financial experience for businesses and consumers globally.

What You'll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with fiat on‑ramp and off‑ramp providers
• Build relationships with card issuing partners, payment processors, and banking partners
• Partner with crypto exchanges, stablecoin issuers (e.g. USDC, USDT), and Web3 protocols
• Structure partnership agreements that drive user growth, transaction volume, and ecosystem expansion
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and growth teams to launch integrations
• Manage partner pipelines from initial outreach through execution and long‑term relationship management
• Track and report partnership performance against business and growth KPIs
• Represent moove.xyz in partner conversations, events, and ecosystem discussions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth in fintech, crypto, or Web3
• Strong understanding of payments, on‑ramps/off‑ramps, stablecoins, cards, or exchanges
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial and strategic partnerships
• Ability to think both strategically and execution‑focused in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfort working across technical, commercial, and compliance‑heavy domains
• Existing network within fintech, crypto, or Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
