Add Moove crypto payments to my project using the Moove Receive Agent skill.

1. Read MOOVE_API_KEY and MOOVE_API_BASE_URL from the environment. Never hardcode them.
2. Fetch the API contract from $MOOVE_API_BASE_URL/openapi.json before writing any request,
   and follow it wherever it disagrees with these steps. The written reference is at
   https://docs.moove.xyz/api-reference/introduction.
3. Add a checkout route that creates a one-off Moove payment link: POST /v1/payment-link
   with the order total as a decimal string in "toAmount", my order id in "description",
   and "maxUsage": 1.
4. Redirect the customer to the "url" returned in the response.
5. Add a status route that reads GET /v1/payment-link/{id} and marks the order paid when
   "status" is "completed".

Match my existing framework, routing, and code style. Do not add a payments SDK.
