How do I find someone on Moove?
Open Discover in the Moove App and search for their @handle or their name. Tap a result to see their profile, add them as a contact or send to them. On the web, type their @handle into Moove Send, or open moove.xyz/@theirname.
What are Moove Contacts?
Moove Contacts are the people you keep in the Moove App. Tap the add-friend button beside someone in search, or Add friend on their profile, and they appear under Contacts in Discover, ready to pay by name. From there, tap Friends to favourite them or unfriend them. Contacts are coming to moove.xyz soon.
How do I invite friends to Moove?
In Discover, tap Invite friends to share your QR code or your referral link. Friends download Moove, sign up with your @handle as their referral code and claim a @handle of their own. Through Moove Refer, you also earn a share of the fees from the people you refer.
Can I send money to a friend who is not on Moove yet?
Yes. Moove Send also takes a wallet address, on any of the 30+ blockchain networks Moove supports. Invite your friend to claim a @handle, and next time you can pay them by name.
How do I know I am paying the right person?
Each @handle has exactly one holder, and it points to the wallet they chose. The first time you send to someone, the Moove App shows their handle, username and wallet, so you can check it is them before you confirm.
What is the Moove Leaderboard?
A public ranking of @moovers by what the people they referred moved on Moove in the last 30 days, with how many people each one referred. Anyone can see it at moove.xyz/leaderboard, and you climb it by inviting friends who use Moove.
What do the rates on Markets show?
What 1 unit of each local currency buys in USDC or USDT by card on Moove, with every fee included. The rates are for reference only: you see the exact amount before you pay.
