What is Moove Personal?
Moove Personal is Moove for your own money: the Moove App on iPhone and Android, and Moove on the web. Claim a @handle, then send, receive, swap and hold digital dollars across 30+ blockchain networks, from a wallet only you control.
Do I need a wallet address to get paid?
No. Share your @handle, your page at moove.xyz/@yourname or a payment link. People pay you by name from the wallet they already use, with no Moove account, and whatever they pay with converts on the way to the token you chose.
Can I send money to someone abroad?
Yes. Type their @handle into Moove Send, wherever they are. They receive it in the token and on the network they chose, so neither of you picks a route. A send in the same token on the same network carries no Moove fee, and one that converts costs 0.02%.
Does Moove hold my money?
No. Moove is non-custodial. Your Moove Wallet’s keys and recovery phrase are created and kept on your phone, and payments land straight in your wallet. Moove finds the route and records the payment, but it never holds your balance and cannot move it for you.
How do I add money or cash out?
Open Ramp in the Moove App, wherever Moove Ramp is live. Depending on your country, you can buy with your bank account, a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and sell to a bank account in your own name. Fees start at 0.10%, and you see what you will receive before you confirm.
Can I use Moove on the web?
Yes. On moove.xyz you can send, receive, swap and bridge with the same account and @handle, from a wallet you already use. Moove Wallet lives in the Moove App, where its keys stay on your phone, and adding or withdrawing local money is completed there too.
What is the difference between Moove Personal and Moove Business?
They share one account. Moove Personal is your own money, in the Moove App and on the web, with Moove Manage for your profile, payment links and transactions. Moove Business adds a console for running a business, with API keys and webhooks to connect your own systems. Sign in with the same account to open it, and everything stays in the same wallet.
