Frequently asked questions.
How do I pay an overseas supplier in stablecoins?
Open Send in Moove Business, enter your supplier’s @handle or wallet address, choose the token and amount you are sending and approve in your wallet. Paid by handle, the payment converts into the stablecoin and network your supplier chose. Paid to an address, it goes to that address on that network, exactly as given.
Does my supplier need a Moove account?
No. You can send to any wallet address on a supported network. With a Moove handle, though, your supplier chooses the token they are paid in, and you never need to ask which network to use.
Which stablecoins can I use to pay suppliers?
Any token you hold across 30+ blockchain networks, including USDC and USDT. Moove routes between 16,000+ tokens, so you pay from what you hold while your supplier receives what they chose. Most businesses settle in USDC, a stablecoin that holds its value at about a dollar.
How much does it cost to pay a supplier abroad?
Nothing in the token your supplier is paid in, on their network, and 0.02% when it converts. The quote shows every fee before you approve.
Can I add an invoice number to a payment?
Yes. Turn on Advanced view in the widget settings and add a description before you confirm. Your supplier sees it with the payment, and it stays on the record in your transactions.
What happens if I send to the wrong address?
A payment to a wallet address goes to exactly that address on that network, and because Moove is non-custodial, it cannot be reversed. Paying by @handle means you never type an address at all.
Can my supplier cash out to their bank?
Where Moove Ramp is live, yes: they can sell stablecoins for local money, paid to a bank account in their own name, from the Moove App. Everywhere else, they hold dollars in their own wallet until Moove Ramp reaches their country.
