Frequently asked questions.
Can my business convert crypto to fiat with Moove?
Yes. Sell USDC or USDT for local money, paid to a bank account in your own name, or buy stablecoins with your bank, a card or PayID. What you can do depends on your country, because each corridor supports its own directions and methods. Every conversion finishes in the Moove App after a one-time identity check.
Can I withdraw to my company’s bank account?
Only if the account is held in your own name. Moove checks the account holder against your verified identity, so an account belonging to someone else, including a company you aren’t the named holder of, can’t be used. Freelancers and sole traders are the best fit today.
Which countries are supported?
Moove Ramp supports 70+ countries, some live today and the rest on the way. It is live in Nigeria (buy and sell, by bank transfer), Australia (buy, by card or PayID) and Hong Kong (buy, by card). Your verified identity belongs to one country, so you convert in that country’s currency.
How do I buy stablecoins?
Open Ramp in the Moove App, choose your currency and USDC or USDT, and enter an amount to see a live quote. Pay with a method your country supports, and the stablecoins settle into your wallet. On a bank transfer, the app shows exactly where and how much to pay.
Can I finish a conversion on the website?
Not today. The website and Moove Business show you a live rate, and every conversion finishes in the Moove App for iOS or Android. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging all work on the web, so the app is only needed for the step that touches local money.
How much can I convert?
Two limits apply. Your account has a limit over a rolling 30 days, which verifying your identity raises, and each payment method has its own minimum and maximum per payment. Both are shown in Settings with what you’ve used, so larger conversions can be planned ahead.
What does it cost to convert stablecoins to local money?
Moove Ramp starts at 0.10%, shown in the quote before you confirm. Card payments include a protocol fee in the rate you’re quoted. You also pay the network fee on the stablecoin side and anything your bank or card issuer charges. No subscription, no deposit fee, no hidden spread.
Does Moove hold my money during a conversion?
Not the stablecoins. What you buy settles into your Moove Wallet, a non-custodial wallet whose keys only you hold, and what you sell is sent from it as part of the flow. Moving local money is regulated, which is why a one-time identity check is needed.
