Frequently asked questions.

My client has never used stablecoins. How do they pay me?

Send a payment link. A client who already holds USDC or USDT pays from the wallet they use, with no Moove account. One who doesn’t can add money in the Moove App, where their country is live.

Must I be in the Swiss commercial register to use Moove?

No, Moove has no company verification, so you verify once as yourself. Swiss sole proprietorships with annual income above CHF 100,000 must register, but that is separate from Moove.

Can I verify my company?

Not today. There’s no company verification yet, so you use Moove in your own name.

What works here today?

Adding money. Pay in Swiss francs by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your USDC lands in your Moove Wallet. Cash-out to Swiss francs is coming soon.

What does adding money cost?

0.50%, on top of the exchange rate. You see the full amount in your quote before you confirm.

What do I need to verify?

Only adding money or cashing out needs it, once, with your passport, driver’s licence or ID card. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging need none.

Where to next.

Your money. Your move.
