Business Dashboard

Track. Control. Move.

Every payment in and out, in one place.

Getting paid is easy. Tracking it isn’t.

Payments arrive from many wallets, in many tokens, on many chains. Matching them to invoices, knowing which links are still open and handing your accountant a statement should not mean copying hashes into a spreadsheet.

Every payment, start to finish.

  1. Create a payment link

Set the exact amount and share it. Each link shows its status and what it has received.
  2. Watch it settle

The payment lands at the top of Transactions, in your token, and settles in place.
  3. Close your month

Export the month as a PDF, CSV or Excel statement, with fees and net amounts, for your accountant.

Built for your developers.

Keys that can’t move money

Your systems can create payment links that pay you, and nothing more.

Webhooks for your systems

A signed event when a payment settles and when a link completes. No polling.

No subscription. No minimum.

The dashboard, API keys and webhooks come with every account. Network fees go to the network, not to Moove.

Frequently asked questions.

What is the Moove Business Dashboard?

It is the business console at moove.xyz/business/home. It shows 30 days of money in and money out, recent transactions and active payment links, and its Manage menu holds payment links, transactions, API keys, webhooks and your business profile. It runs on the same account and the same data as the rest of Moove, so there is nothing to move or sync.

Can I export transactions to CSV or Excel?

Yes. Choose a date range and export an account statement as Excel, CSV or PDF. Each statement covers payment links and transactions together and includes fees and net amounts. Very large ranges are capped per format, and a capped file is clearly marked as partial, so you never reconcile against incomplete data without knowing it.

How do webhooks work?

Add an HTTPS endpoint under Manage, then Webhooks. Moove then posts a signed JSON event when a payment against one of your links settles, and another when a link completes. You can hold up to 5 endpoints. Each endpoint’s signing secret is shown once, so store it before you close the dialog.

What can an API key do?

An API key lets your own systems create and read payment links through the Moove API. It cannot move funds, because a link always pays your own default wallet. You can hold up to 10 active keys, each key is shown in full only once when you create it, and revoking a key is permanent.

Does Moove hold the money shown in the dashboard?

No. The dashboard is a view over payments that settle into wallets you control. Moove is non-custodial and never holds your money, and every record carries its transaction hash, so you can check any payment on a block explorer without relying on Moove’s word for it.

Can I use the dashboard on my phone?

The console runs in your browser and adapts to smaller screens, with the menu tucked into a drawer. The Moove App keeps your transactions in its Activity tab, while payment links, API keys and webhooks are managed on the web.
