Frequently asked questions.

How do I cash out stablecoins to my bank account?

Where cash-out is live, open Ramp in the Moove App, choose to sell, pick USDC or USDT and enter an amount. The quote shows what will reach your bank. Choose a bank account in your own name, confirm, and follow it until it’s paid.

Where can I cash out?

In Nigeria, by bank transfer. It’s coming soon to the 31 other countries on this page, with no date yet. When it’s live where you are, the Moove App will show it.

Whose bank account can I use?

Only one in your own name. A company’s account, or anyone else’s, can’t be used.

What does it cost?

Moove charges 0.10% on a bank transfer in Nigeria, on top of the exchange rate. Cashing out also costs the network fee to send the stablecoins, and your bank may add its own charges. Your quote shows what reaches your bank.

Are there limits?

Yes. Limits depend on how you’ve verified, and each country has its own minimum and maximum. The Moove App shows your limits before you confirm.

Can I finish on the website?

Not today. The website shows you a live rate, and every conversion finishes in the Moove App for iOS or Android.
