Frequently asked questions.
When can I cash out to Japanese yen?
There’s no date yet. When it’s live, the Moove App will show it.
Can I pay someone in Japan in yen from Moove?
Not in Japanese yen, because Moove can’t send yen to anyone today. You can send USDC or USDT to their @handle instead, and they keep it in a wallet of their own.
What does adding money cost?
0.50%, on top of the exchange rate. You see the full amount in your quote before you confirm.
What do I need to verify?
Only adding money or cashing out needs it, once, with your passport, driver’s licence or ID card. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging need none.
Are there limits?
Yes. Limits depend on how you’ve verified, and each way to pay or cash out has its own minimum and maximum. The Moove App shows your limits before you confirm.
Can I finish on the website?
Not today. The website shows you a live rate, and every conversion finishes in the Moove App for iOS or Android.
