Does PromptPay’s link with Singapore help me cash out?
No, the link between Thailand’s PromptPay and Singapore’s PayNow runs through banking and payment apps, and Moove isn’t part of it. There’s no way to cash out to Thai baht through Moove yet.
What does adding money cost?

What do I need to verify?
Only adding money or cashing out needs it, once, with your passport, driver’s licence or ID card. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging need none.
