Frequently asked questions.

My client has never used stablecoins. How do they pay me?

Send a payment link. A client who already holds USDC or USDT pays from the wallet they use, with no Moove account. One who doesn’t can add money in the Moove App, where their country is live.

Can customers pay my Swedish firm through Moove instead of Swish?

Yes, if they use Moove. They pay your @handle or a payment link in stablecoins. The Riksbank’s 2026 report says 74% of small Swedish businesses accept Swish, and Moove doesn’t connect to it.

Can I verify my company?

Not today. There’s no company verification yet, so you use Moove in your own name.

What works here today?

What does adding money cost?

0.50%, on top of the exchange rate. You see the full amount in your quote before you confirm.

What do I need to verify?
