Frequently asked questions.

My client has never used stablecoins. How do they pay me?

Send a payment link. A client who already holds USDC or USDT pays from the wallet they use, with no Moove account. One who doesn’t can add money in the Moove App, where their country is live.

Can a client in Saudi Arabia pay me through Moove?

Yes, in stablecoins. They can add Saudi riyals by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in their own Moove Wallet, then pay your @handle in USDC.

Can I verify my company?

Not today. There’s no company verification yet, so you use Moove in your own name.

What works here today?

Adding money. Pay in Saudi riyals by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your USDC lands in your Moove Wallet. Cash-out to Saudi riyals is coming soon.

What does adding money cost?

0.50%, on top of the exchange rate. You see the full amount in your quote before you confirm.

What do I need to verify?

Only adding money or cashing out needs it, once, with your passport, driver’s licence or ID card. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging need none.

Where to next.

Your money. Your move.
