Frequently asked questions.

My client has never used stablecoins. How do they pay me?

Send a payment link. A client who already holds USDC or USDT pays from the wallet they use, with no Moove account. One who doesn’t can add money in the Moove App, where their country is live.

My Canadian business is incorporated. Can I still use Moove?

Yes, in your own name. A Canadian corporation is a separate legal entity, and Moove has no company verification today, so you verify as yourself, not as the corporation.

What do I need to verify?

Only adding money or cashing out needs it, once, with your passport, driver’s licence or ID card. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging need none.

What works here today?

Adding money. Pay in Canadian dollars by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your USDC lands in your Moove Wallet. Cash-out to Canadian dollars is coming soon.

What does adding money cost?

0.50%, on top of the exchange rate. You see the full amount in your quote before you confirm.

Can I finish on the website?

Not today. The website shows you a live rate, and every conversion finishes in the Moove App for iOS or Android.

Where to next.
