About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the day‑to‑day operations of moove.xyz run smoothly, reliably, and at scale. This role is the operational backbone of our Web3 fintech platform, responsible for keeping users supported, funds managed, partners coordinated, and internal processes running seamlessly. As an Operations Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of customer experience, finance operations, and ecosystem execution.
This role is critical to moove.xyz's growth because trust, reliability, and consistency are fundamental to financial infrastructure. Your work will directly impact how quickly users get support, how accurately treasury movements are handled, how efficiently partners are onboarded and managed, and how smoothly the platform operates as transaction volume grows. From resolving user issues to managing operational workflows behind the scenes, you'll help ensure moove.xyz delivers a world‑class experience every day.

What You'll Do
- Manage customer support operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality user assistance
- Oversee treasury operations, including monitoring balances, settlement flows, and fund movements
- Coordinate partner operations with payment providers, on‑ramps/off‑ramps, card issuers, and Web3 partners
- Build, document, and optimise operational processes and SOPs
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate issues and improve system reliability
- Monitor operational KPIs such as support response times, resolution rates, and transaction exceptions
- Handle incident management, issue tracking, and post‑mortems when operational issues occur
- Support compliance‑related workflows and operational checks where required
- Continuously identify areas to automate, streamline, or improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, fintech ops, payments ops, or platform operations
- Strong understanding of financial operations, treasury flows, or payment systems
- Experience managing customer support or service operations
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and process‑building skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, compliance, and partnerships teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Interest or experience in Web3, crypto, or fintech is a strong plus
- Calm, structured problem‑solver who can handle ambiguity and incidents effectively
