They hold USDC at their @handle on Moove, and can’t turn it into Surinamese dollars yet.Frequently asked questions.
Can I save in dollars?
Yes. Add euros, and hold USDC or USDT in a wallet only you control. They follow the US dollar, and you can’t cash out to euros yet, so add only what you want to keep in dollars.
Is a Moove balance like my Dutch current account?
Not quite. A Moove Wallet holds USDC and only you hold the keys, while your Dutch bank holds euros for you. You keep both, and move euros in by card or phone when you choose.
Can family abroad send me money?
Yes. They send USDC or USDT to your @handle, and it lands in your own wallet. You can hold it or send it on, but you can’t cash it out to euros yet, so keep your usual route for money you need in euros.
